self destructive mission

i am on a self destructive mode, i have lost the will to care about anything in life anymore, i really need to get my self out of this funk that i am in. why am i incapable of feeling happiness any more, have i lost the will to live my life as i used to. god please help me. i need to be able to feel a dose of happiness, any sort of happiness i will give anything.
